Our Guest Relations Manager will meet you at the hotel reception on arrival. They will show you around the apartment, the resort, and give you any details about your stay that you require.

You will pay as you go; there is no room charge facility for Bella Aqua.

There is an activities desk at the resort and an independent agency next door.

EATING IN OR EATING OUT?
Food shopping for self catering and snacks is only a minute away. Many restaurants have a pick up or delivery service; use the service directory in the unit to find out more. Everything you will ever need is at your door step.

PHONE?
The phone is available to make local and emergency calls. A local phone directory is in the service directory in the room.

GETTING AROUND?
Hire cars are readily available and there is also a local bus service to all key locations, tour operators pick-up and return you to the hotel reception.

CAN I SWIM IN THE OCEAN?
During the wet season, the ocean beach has stingers, around November to March. However snorkeling and diving at the reef is safe all year round.
